Good Morning Maramag, Bukidnon! Sunrise at Maramag |
Morning of October 18, 2011, we left our point of origin at around 4:30 am. Inside the vehicle, we then discussed the possible place to where we have to take our breakfast. One of the choice of places is the MARAMAG FOOD COURT. That option to take our breakfast is quite a good one and a best choice. Why was that? Because this food court is just completed last August this year and the eateries here observed good sanitation and hygiene.
We arrived here at around 6:00 in the morning. While our driver was checking out eateries that are already open that time, I was able to take some morning snapshots with the place.

The New Maramag Food Court |
When I entered the Food Court, I was stunned with the super clean environment where one wouldn't hesitate to order and savor the food. We ordered soup and side dishes and paid only around P200 pesos for three persons with coffee each.
The most interesting part here was when I interviewed the owner of eatery where we get our food and the most admired revelation was they only paid a rental of P200 pesos per day or P6,000 per month. So, that was really sound affordable to anyone who wants to invest and venture into this kind of business, rather than paying a bloated rental fee from a private space here in Maramag. This is really a big help for this small scale entrepreneurs.
Unfortunately, the food court has no vacant space anymore. I observed that it was already fully occupied. This is a local government unit's project, with objectives among others in providing small scale entrepreneurs an opportunity to venture into this kind of business.
Maramag, Bukidnon is really that booming being strategically located in the Central Bukidnon, aside from Malaybalay and Valencia City. Until now, this place remain and still at a status of a 1st Class Municipality in the province.

The Maramag Food Court, the Integrated Bus Terminal and the New Public Market can be considered as one of the most classy public places that Bukidnon ever had today.
