When is the best time to repair this road in Upper Puerto, Cagayan de Oro City? During in any Election period? This is the question of some of the people of Bukidnon or even people from Cagayan de Oro City which until now awaits an honest and sincere respond or does this mean that this will still remain a big question until now?
Technically speaking, this road of Upper Puerto needs an immediate attention by some of the City Officials in this City since this will only forge an eminent danger to the commuters, public land transportation like buses and even hauling trucks coming from and going to Cagayan de Oro City or vice versa carrying goods to supply some parts of the nation.
Whenever there are accidents or stall vehicles in this area, it causes heavy build up of vehicular traffic and also causes much delay, especially in the delivery of perishable goods.
Aside from having a damage asphalt pavement, it has a steeper slope that tends to overturn some of the hauling trucks like what had happened to the one in the above photo. For some truck owners, please do not let your trucks carry a load over its capacity just to save some transportation expenses. You just putting the lives of your drivers and helpers into danger and it will just worsen the situation with your gabbled thinking on cost efficiency.
These posted photos need not to elaborate further just to give this ROAD an immediate attention in rehabilitating or needs a proper engineering practice in order to give more accurate curvature design. Hopefully that Congressman Benjo Benaldo and Congressman Rufus Rodriguez, must look into the rehabilitation of this road. This incident happened just this week of this month.
