Malaybalay City : Project Development Watch : This is the Moment

along San Isidro Street Development
I've just remember Eric Santos, the singer, won a singing contest and became a Champion, in "Star in a Million", last 2003, with a masterpiece entitled "This is the Moment". This song title would also applies to our very own Bukidnon, particularly here in Malaybalay City. Commercial Structures start popping up like pop-corn in its commercial district. Even subdivision residential developments administered by the Bukidnon Provincial Housing Projects are now in progress.

In these photos, the owners of these buildings are homegrown businessmen in this City. We may call them as an in-house investors. Meaning, that they are not from outside Bukidnon. Primarily, they can be considered that were "rose from the ranks" from being both an average people.

The fast pace of progress in Malaybalay City, as observed, were came upon when the Gaisano constructed a mall started in 2009.

And more residential buildings were also popping up like mushrooms at the Southwestern part of this city. Photo below;

Probably, the next pace of development, since all the factors or indicators of development is now visibly obvious, hopefully that the Bus Terminal of Malaybalay City must somehow would show a little change. Photo below;

This is the moment, as Eric sung the song and eventually became a Champion in "Star in a Million" last 2003. Probably, this is also the moment, that Malaybalay City will review their Project Development Plan and review also what the COA Regional Director's recommendation about the progress billing issue for the Bus Terminal and Public Market project, as alleged. On issues about the itemized progress billing that even the number of reinforcing steel bars used in project implementation should be properly accounted?

My opinion right here is that, as your brother in profession, may I threw this question to you.
Does an Attorney has an authority to give a technical opinion about Engineering practice? or an Engineer has an authority to give a legal opinion? I will leave this question to you for your reflection. Another thing, who is in authority when in comes to construction of a project? What is your opinion on this?

Why not do some developments or improvements like what the Municipality of Maramag did to their Bus Terminal, Public Market and their new Food Court? Or like Valencia City did to their Bus Terminal?

Do terminals important to the lives of the people of Malaybalay?

Definitely yes, because this is the first port wherein tourists would get off to start their exploration and to have more experience on what Malaybalay or any place in this instance could bring them along once they leave the place and expose it to the world on what Malaybalay City or like any other place could offer to them. Hence, more tourists would mean more employment.
